Leadership Opportunities
Student Officer Positions and Responsibilities
(Responsibilities would include the following duties as well as brief bi-weekly meetings that might happen during convo. The goal of these roles is to ensure the organization is functioning smoothly. The roles are not meant to separate the community from "the leadership".)
President
- main responsibility is overseeing all events. Most importantly the worship nights.
-They will be responsible for deciding the dates and times for the worship nights and letting the rest of the team know
- the president will be in charge of proposing themes and bible passages for the month as well as finding new ways to make worship applicable to our lives
Outreach Specialist
- main responsibility is promoting Begotten Worship. They are in charge of texting friends and getting the word out and canvassing the campus.
- they will work closely with the social media coordinator to help “hype up” students about Begotten Worship
Social media coordinator
- main responsibility will be to keep the social media pages (facebook and instagram) up to date
- once a date and place has been decided, the outreach coordinator will be responsible for making a post to let people know when everything is happening
-graphic design experience is super helpful for this position
Event coordinator
- this person will work closely with the president to help make the events run smoothly
- they will be in charge of making sure the space is reserved for meetings through bruin link as well as updating events on bruinlink and our website

- this person will be in charge of hosting and facilitating our writers nights.
Worship Leaders (application for this role can be found here)
- these individuals will be responsible for finding music and verses to fit the theme for the
worship nights.
- they will be in charge of finding musicians and rehearsing on their own time
